Josh brown has been coaching me for 2 months now and I came to him to build strength and put on some lean mass. In only 2 months I am already up 12lbs of lean muscle tissue, and my lifts have gone up tremendously. I have been training with Josh for 5 years. He is very knowledgeable about weightlifting, nutrition and body composition. Josh works with you to develop a program that is tailored to fit your goals. I have been training with Josh for the last 4 months and I have gained things that can be measured and I have also gained things that cannot be measured. Physically I have changed my body composition by cutting fat and gaining muscle. This was a struggle for me as I was always one to measure progress by the number on the scale and how flat my stomach was.

Josh quickly changed this mindset and reminded me that the important way to measure my progress is by strength, both physical and mental. Watching the number in weight increase and while also watching my determination and perseverance grow is how Josh taught me to track my progress.

 I am a 42-year-old mother of two elementary-school aged children. When I stared training with Josh three years ago I suffered from chronic back pain and had not exercised regularly for years.
